Name Tag and Meal Voucher Information

Your name tag is your all-in-one pass for the event and serves as your meal voucher. Please keep it with you throughout the workshop.

Banquet Reception and Drink Tickets

At the banquet reception, you'll receive one complimentary drink ticket. After that, there will be a cash bar available. An ATM is also available on-site if needed.

Dress Code for Banquet and Workshop Sessions

Banquet: Business casual.

Workshop sessions: Dress in layers for fluctuating temperatures, and wear comfortable shoes for walking between buildings.

Meal Reminders

Breakfast is served early, starting at 7:00 AM in The Vista Dining Room. Lunch is also at The Vista Dining Room. Please make sure to bring your name tag as a meal voucher.

It’s important to fuel up before the day’s activities, as sessions will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.

What to Pack for Banff

Pack according to the season; autumn typically has highs of 12°C and nighttime temperatures below freezing. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as there is a lot of walking between buildings.

Venue Information

Wi-fi Availability: Free campus-wide wireless internet. Look for banffcentre.ca. No password is required.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available. Register your vehicle at check-in for a parking permit.

Bringing Family or Friends: Family members or friends not registered for the conference are welcome. Additional persons aged 13 and over are charged $20 per day. Make sure to indicate the number of people in your party when booking.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs incur fees. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on arrival day.

Airport and Shuttle Service

Calgary International Airport: The closest airport, approximately two hours from Banff. Visit: yyc.com.

Banff Airporter Shuttle: The official shuttle to Banff Centre. Visit: banffairporter.com.

Brewster Travel Canada: Offers daily motor coach shuttles. Reservations required. Visit: explorerockies.com/airport-shuttles.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the event registration and banquet dinner will be refunded up until September 5th, 2025. After that date, refunds will no longer be available.
